Ya reinistale catalyst control center, y al reiniciar manda el siguiente error:
Could not load file or assembly MOM.Implementation or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Por lo general este error está relacionado al Microsoft .NET framework. Te recomiendo ir a Agregar y quitar programas dentro del Panel de Control y desinstalar todas las versiones del Microsoft .NET framework que tengas listadas allí.
Luego busque en internet la versión más actual del .NET framework e instalela. Luego vuelva a instalar el Catalyst Control Center.
